HIV/AIDS - Integrase inhibitor program
Integrase inhibitors emerge as an exciting new class of HIV drugs. They block the action of integrase, an enzyme that integrates genetic material from the virus into a host cell for replication.
Ambrilia is currently working on a novel series of HIV integrase inhibitors.
