Integrase inhibitors have emerged as an exciting new class of HIV drugs. They block the action of integrase, an enzyme that integrates genetic material from the virus into a host cell for replication.
Ambrilia has developed a novel series of HIV integrase inhibitors and identified a number of promising lead candidates.
